Hi, my name is Gen Cole, MS, and I provide a fitness program for kids that uses a fitness hoop (similar to \"hula\" hoop, but heavier and stronger -- not a toy). My hoop program now offered at Maitland Civic Center is designed to help kids develop positive attitudes toward fitness. You know kids... keep it fun & they\'ll do it!
